EGAPI implement system to control fermentations at Herdade do Peso.
The presence of Alentejo in the SOGRAPE wines portfolio began in 1991 with the launch of the Vinha do Monte.
A laborious work of improving the vineyards became a reality in 1998 with the construction of a winemaking center in the property, thus creating the conditions for the winemaking team, led by Miguel Pessanha, create a new level of high quality Alentejo wines.
In 2013, inserted in the expansion project of the cellar, SOGRAPE elected EGAPI to implement the digital automation system to control fermentations.
In continuity of automation projects similar to the Quinta de Carvalhais e Avintes, this component control and automation of Wine Cellar-IS, enables digital control of fermentations effecting the integration with other control factors and traceability of the excellent wines produced in Herdade do Peso.
